Key responsibilities:
- Review patient medical histories and diagnose through movement observation and patient concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent injury
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families about recovery processes
Qualifications:
- Oklahoma Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing
- Preferably 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience; new graduates encouraged
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for helping others in a fun, rewarding environment
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program or eligible for licensure
