Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications.
Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
