Charge Nurse – ICU, Nights

This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care across all patient age groups and managing operational issues during shifts.
It includes providing clinical care as needed, communicating patient and departmental concerns, and serving as a resource and guidance for staff.
The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, with at least 1 year of hospital experience.
Required licenses include RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and specialty certifications relevant to the unit, such as NRP, PEARS, and Chemotherapy/Biotherapy.
Additional responsibilities encompass ensuring ethical practice, promoting safety, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to quality nursing standards.
The role demands ongoing professional development, including obtaining certifications within specified timeframes, and practicing in an environmentally safe, inclusive manner.
