Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care during shifts, managing operational issues, and communicating effectively with staff and leadership.
- Serving as a resource and guidance for nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Responding to patient needs and providing clinical care as required based on census demands.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a hospital setting; 2+ years preferred.
- Active RN licensure in Georgia or multistate license.
- Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and PALS (if applicable).
- Experience in Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, or Pediatric Care is advantageous.
