Sonographer

Join a specialized Ultrasound Department as a Sonographer, responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound imaging including abdominal, obstetrical, small parts, and vascular studies on adult and pediatric patients.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring equipment functionality and readiness
  • Performing ultrasound examinations independently, documenting procedures accurately
  • Assisting with image-guided procedures such as biopsies and drainages
  • Participating in call, holiday, and weekend rotations as required

Qualifications and skills:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from trade school
  • Licensure as RDMS or equivalent; preferred experience of 2+ years
  • Certifications in CPR and RDCS or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to operate ultrasound equipment and perform studies independently

Additional details: The role offers a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants, with shifts of 10 hours over four days, and requires participation in call and holiday rotations. The position demands maintaining certification within one year of hire and working within a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
