Role: The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, on adult and pediatric patients to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities: Prepare patients and equipment, independently perform MRI studies including on-call and portable exams, ensure MRI safety, and contribute to department workflow.
Qualifications: Requires an Associate degree or higher, ARRT certification in Radiography and/or MRI, with preferred experience in advanced imaging modalities such as CT, Interventional procedures, or Mammography.
Skills: Knowledge of MRI safety protocols, patient care, and imaging procedures, with certifications like Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and IV Therapy preferred.
Key Duties: Prepping patients, performing exams, maintaining safety standards, and supporting clinical operations.
