Role Overview: Lead and support a team of occupational therapists, ensuring effective implementation of treatments and procedures. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized rehabilitation plans to meet individual needs. Collaborate with hospital departments and assist the Director of Therapy Operations with scheduling, training, and communication. Emphasize compassionate care, celebrate patient progress, and promote team development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy

CPR certification (must obtain within 30 days if not already certified)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program

Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership roles, including two years of clinical practice

Preference for Therapy Clinical Ladder membership or specialty certifications
