Occupational Therapy Team Leader
Role Overview
Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery by understanding each patient’s physical, mental, and emotional needs, and celebrating their victories.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current state licensure or certification
- CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
- Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
- Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility or specialty certifications
