Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families.
- Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment needs.
- Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through active participation in related activities.
- Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN licensure, and preferred Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience for advanced roles. Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates.
