Medical/Oncology – Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across care teams. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Maintains a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree and RN license; no prior experience necessary. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience. Essential skills include patient education, collaboration, critical assessment, and adherence to safety protocols.
