Role Overview:
Join a healthcare team as a Radiology Technologist, performing diagnostic imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, conducting radiographic exams independently, and providing high-quality patient care with professionalism. The role involves imaging in orthopedic and general settings, with some call rotation (every 8th-9th week) and holiday rotation (1-2 per year). The position requires an associate degree or trade school training, licensure as a Radiology Technologist, and basic certifications. Preferably, candidates have 2+ years of experience and CPR certification.
Key Duties:
- Prepare patients and equipment, ensuring clear communication and customer service.
- Perform radiographic exams accurately and independently, including portable and on-call procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate or trade school training.
- Licenses & Certifications: Radiology Technologist registration, IEMA (excluding MRI), CPR (preferred).
- Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
