Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments for diverse clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Providing personalized therapeutic interventions based on client needs.
- Developing safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
- Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
- Provisional license if required by state regulation.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
