This Registered Nurse (RN) position is a per diem role on the Medical/Telemetry Unit, focusing on providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities include assessing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs; developing and implementing individualized care plans; coordinating interdisciplinary care; conducting hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication; and collaborating with patients and families to meet their needs.
Qualifications required are graduation from an accredited RN program, current Nevada nursing license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
