Role Overview: Performs computerized tomographic (CT) procedures for diagnosis and treatment, requiring independent judgement, ingenuity, and initiative.
Responsibilities: Conducts CT scans, ensuring accurate imaging for patient diagnosis. Demonstrates technical proficiency and adherence to safety protocols. Maintains quality standards and collaborates with healthcare teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Satisfactory completion of Radiologic Technology training in a CAHEA-approved program.
- Registry by the ARRT and current Florida Radiologic Technologist license.
- Preferably at least one year of radiologic technologist experience.
- Must pass ARRT advanced CT certification within one year of employment.
- Current BLS certification.
Additional Requirements: Cannot operate vehicles for business purposes; frequent driving defined by specific usage criteria.
