Position: RN – Med Surg
Role and Responsibilities: Provide bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring safety, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Support patient comfort and collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, current BLS certification, and valid national and state licensure. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
Key Duties:
- Deliver direct patient care during 8-hour shifts.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Utilize skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
- Participate in team collaboration and patient advocacy.
- Assist with planning and coordinating patient discharge and follow-up care.
