Role Overview:
This position involves providing behavioral health services to clients as a licensed therapist. Responsibilities include delivering effective, evidence-based care, actively engaging clients with clinical measures, and maintaining professional standards. The role offers full autonomy to set schedules, choose between telehealth and in-person sessions, and manage caseloads.
Key Duties:
- Provide client-centered therapy, utilizing a measurement-informed approach to track progress.
- Uphold shared standards of care and ensure clients receive consistent support.
- Participate in case consultations, office hours, and ongoing clinical learning opportunities.
- Engage in professional development through CEU courses and community connections.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
- Licensed to practice in California.
- Ability to conduct telehealth and/or in-person sessions.
- Strong clinical skills, commitment to quality care, and professional autonomy.
