Overview:
Responsible for delivering safe and effective Physical Therapy services through patient evaluation, treatment, and education to achieve functional goals. Communicates professionally with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork.
Department:
Provides multidisciplinary, evidence-based therapeutic care for patients across all ages and conditions, including acute and outpatient services with advanced equipment and specialized programs.
Qualifications:
Requires an unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license and Healthcare Provider Level BLS. Must be able to travel to multiple care points.
Skills & Abilities:
Must possess diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation skills, along with strong communication, team-building, and time management abilities. Capable of providing counseling and guidance.
Physical Demands:
Includes activities such as lifting, crawling, reaching, and manual dexterity, with varying frequency levels to perform job duties effectively.
