Role: Registered Nurse (Float Pool) providing patient-centered care at a hospital, primarily supporting the Emergency Department and Acute Care units.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with medical teams, advocate for patients and families, and adhere to established nursing models to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and patient experience.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year RN experience, Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred), current North Carolina RN licensure, and certifications in BLS, ALCS, PALS, and CPI.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, teamwork, compassionate communication, and adaptability to float between departments.
