Role Overview:
Provides safe and effective Physical Therapy services by conducting evaluations, treatments, and patient education to meet individual goals. Communicates professionally with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with various injuries and conditions, including outpatient services like sports, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, balance, and extremity care. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must hold an unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license and BLS certification. Possess strong knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and counseling principles, with excellent communication, business writing, and team-building skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and travel between care points.
Physical Demands:
Includes activities such as lifting, crawling, climbing stairs, reaching, and manual dexterity, performed frequently to continually, requiring physical stamina and strength to support patient care tasks.
