Seeking a CRNA Manager to lead a team of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists in providing comprehensive anesthesia care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities include clinical management, patient evaluation, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and mentoring SRNAs. The role combines clinical duties with leadership tasks such as team scheduling, performance reviews, HR management, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The position supports departmental growth, retention, and strategic initiatives, working closely with hospital leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CRNA experience, leadership experience preferred
- Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
- Certifications: CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB
- Ability to perform broad anesthesia services within a team model
