Role Overview: The Dietitian assesses patients’ nutritional status, develops personalized care plans, and provides nutritional care for inpatients and outpatients.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clinical staff to create and document nutritional plans, identify potential issues, communicate patient needs to the healthcare team, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver counseling and health education.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred for certain certifications), Registered Dietitian (RD) credential, completion of a dietetic internship, and three years of preferred technical and leadership experience. Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
