The role involves providing comprehensive endocrine care as a Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist, including managing patients with diabetes, supervising inpatient consultations, and participating in the education of residents and medical students.
You will join a team of five physicians supported by a multidisciplinary group comprising nurse practitioners, diabetes educators, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and dietitians. The position offers an academic appointment at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, based on experience and achievements.
The practice is based at a major children’s hospital serving over 1.2 million children, with a busy diabetes clinic receiving approximately 7,100 visits annually. The hospital provides extensive pediatric services and is located in a vibrant Southern California region offering numerous outdoor activities, cultural attractions, and quality schools.
