Physical Therapist (PT)

Role Overview: A Physical Therapist (PT) provides patient evaluation, develops treatment plans, and assists in recovery. The role involves instructing patients, families, and staff on follow-through programs, documenting care in compliance with regulations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment. The position requires a degree from an accredited PT program, an active unrestricted license, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills. Accepting new graduates is encouraged.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions and create treatment plans
  • Guide nursing staff and families on follow-up care
  • Communicate patient progress and concerns with the team
  • Document care accurately and maintain equipment safety
  • Adhere to professional standards, laws, and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted PT license
  • CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Open to new graduates
