Role Overview: A Physical Therapist (PT) provides patient evaluation, develops treatment plans, and assists in recovery. The role involves instructing patients, families, and staff on follow-through programs, documenting care in compliance with regulations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment. The position requires a degree from an accredited PT program, an active unrestricted license, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and create treatment plans
- Guide nursing staff and families on follow-up care

Qualifications & Skills:
