Role Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare and residential partner accounts, acting as the primary liaison to ensure service continuity, relationship growth, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility staff and key contacts through regular communication.
- Support onboarding, retention, and growth by proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with pharmacy, billing, and operational teams to resolve service, operational, and billing issues promptly.
- Conduct quarterly site visits and follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction and account health.
- Educate clients on services, processes, and operational expectations, and support client-facing activities.
- Monitor account performance metrics, including retention, outreach, issue resolution, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding, service delivery, and operational needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years supporting pharmacy or healthcare operations and account management.
- Experience building external client relationships and coordinating internal teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Preferred: experience with community-based healthcare accounts, licensed Pharmacy Technician, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
