Role Overview: This position involves planning and implementing individualized speech therapy treatment programs, evaluating patients, and designing care plans based on advanced clinical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial and re-evaluations, interpret assessments, set treatment goals, and develop intervention strategies tailored to patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide patient and family education, and ensure proper documentation. Supervise and mentor Speech Language Pathologists, trainees, and therapy aides, offering performance feedback and support. Maintain safety, adhere to policies, and support departmental and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, licensure from the Board of SLP Examiners or SLP Compact, and BLS certification. No prior experience required; internship or clinical fellowship acceptable.
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated clinical competency, effective data management, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
