Role Overview: Provides advanced physical therapy services by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
Key Responsibilities: Conducts initial assessments, interprets diagnostic results, sets treatment goals, and adjusts plans as needed. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care, educates patients and families, and supervises therapy staff and students. Maintains accurate documentation, adheres to safety standards, and supports departmental operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, valid PT licensure, and clinical competency. No prior experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Strong clinical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and ability to exercise sound judgment. Demonstrates leadership in supervision and mentorship.
Additional Duties: Participates in departmental meetings, supports organizational initiatives, and performs other assigned tasks to promote quality patient care and departmental efficiency.
