Role: The RN operates in the OR, PACU, or Perioperative settings, providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, top-of-scope nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality standards. Clinical support includes specialty education and competency validation.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), valid RN licensure, at least 6 months OR RN experience, and BLS certification. Ability to work onsite during night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Duties: Practice in perioperative, PACU, or OR levels, adhere to evidence-based standards, and participate in ongoing education. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and professional development within a supportive culture.
