We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing rehabilitative care in a skilled nursing facility.
This role involves
assisting Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy services, helping patients improve strength, balance, and mobility through exercises and activities, observing and documenting patient progress, educating patients and families on proper techniques and equipment use, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe and organized treatment environment.
**Qualifications include:**

Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program, an active state licensure, at least 1 year of experience, strong communication and attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams, knowledge of physical therapy principles, physical stamina for assisting patients and handling equipment.
