Overview
Responsibilities: Practice independently within the community as part of an interdisciplinary team, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, deliver rehabilitative therapy in patients’ homes or care facilities, and continually evaluate and adjust care based on evolving patient needs.
Qualifications: Minimum one-year speech language pathology experience or successful completion of a probationary period as a Rehab Intern, valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State, and a valid driver’s license for areas outside Manhattan.
