Role: A Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating patients and providing therapeutic interventions to rehabilitate physical and developmental disorders across various care settings.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation programs, promote patient independence, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate discharge plans, advocate for patients, and perform other duties as assigned. Settings include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community, and home health.
Qualifications: Less than one year of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred), and basic computer skills. Knowledge of growth and development principles and understanding of relevant regulations are essential.
