Role: The Staff Nurse provides highly technical, patient-centered nursing care within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality treatment.
Responsibilities: Render direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation), supervise team members, communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, ensure safety, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed in Texas, with at least 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program. BLS certification and additional departmental certifications are required.
