Position: Staff Nurse – Provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced, technical environment. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with standards. Supports organizational mission, values, and strategic goals.
Responsibilities include: Communicating effectively, building collaborative relationships, ensuring safety, supervising team members, and maintaining accurate documentation. Takes initiative for professional growth, promotes a therapeutic environment, and administers medications and IV therapies safely and accurately.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current Texas RN license, Basic Life Support certification, and minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency. Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and care standards is essential.
