Physical Therapist (PT)

The Physical Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care in physical therapy, developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with physician referrals and regulatory standards.

Required qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT), active licensure in the applicable state, and CPR certification.

Preferred candidates have at least one year of experience, though new graduates are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities involve assessing patient needs, setting and adjusting goals, supervising PTAs and students, documenting care accurately, and utilizing therapy software.

Must demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, adherence to policies, and good body mechanics.

Additional duties include participating in community health projects, maintaining confidentiality, ensuring safety, and providing excellent patient service.

Essential functions encompass following treatment plans, evaluating care quality, charting timely, and collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to perform physical activities during work are also required.
