CT Technologist – Full Time, Variable Shift

Role Overview:
The CT Technologist operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients’ bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes. They perform various imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, ensuring accurate image transfer and record-keeping in compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across all age groups.
  • Produce high-quality images and reformat images for radiologist review.
  • Utilize PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensure data integrity, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and manage supply inventory.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-RT or ARRT-CT) required.
  • Advanced CT certification required in certain states; preferred in others.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Venipuncture and fluoroscopy licenses are preferred in some locations.
  • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
