Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Ensures effective communication across care continuum. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications:
Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher education levels.
