Position Overview:
- Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans and conditions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts for comprehensive patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Current RN license or eligibility in Alabama.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
Skills & Key Duties:

- Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare team and patients.
