Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Stepdown
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensure professional accountability, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
– Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
– Preferred hospital experience; BLS certification required
– Additional certifications or licensure preferred
Skills and Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed
– Capable of reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
