We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, enhancing their mobility, strength, and independence.
Key duties include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical abilities.
- Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans.
- Providing interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and assistive device training.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatments accordingly.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Educating residents and families on therapy goals and strategies.
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with standards.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include:
- Doctorate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
