Clinic RN – Live Well Homecare

The RN at the Journey Clinic provides comprehensive ambulatory care, assessing and planning patient care based on physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This role involves care coordination through direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters, collaborating with healthcare team members to deliver quality services. The RN ensures compliance with professional standards and supports clinicians in patient care delivery, reflecting organizational values.

Qualifications include:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Washington RN license upon hire
National Provider BLS certification
At least 18 months of professional nursing experience

Key skills and duties:

Providing patient-centered care in an outpatient setting

Using nursing process for assessment, planning, and evaluation
