Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
Location: Evanston, IL
Hours: 24 hours/week with day/night rotation and rotating weekends
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluation, ensure regulatory compliance, and assume responsibility for care outcomes. Lead and guide unlicensed staff, promote safety, and deliver high-quality patient experiences.
Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, preferred BSN degree, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, adherence to regulations, and effective communication.
