Join our team as a full-time, night shift Cardiac Telemetry Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care following standards to ensure efficient, effective, and quality outcomes.
- Provide age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth, development, and patient-specific needs.
- Develop, modify, and execute individualized care plans in accordance with policies and regulations.
- Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a state-approved RN program.
- Valid Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire and prior to direct patient care.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
- Ability to interpret patient data and adapt care accordingly.
- Strong understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
