Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview: The Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager oversees patient care, staff management, and operational functions within the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage staffing, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Ensure departmental productivity, budget adherence, and resource management.

Coordinate patient care, develop collaborative care plans, and document interventions.

Supervise staff scheduling, payroll, and communication efforts.

Maintain equipment and support a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
– RN license required with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
– 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years preferred.
– No supervisor experience required, but less than 2 years supervisory experience is preferred.
– BLS/ACLS certification required or obtained within 90 days.
– Preferred experience includes cardiac cath or electrophysiology lab work, or procedural/critical care nursing.
