Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including orthopedic, neurologic, and neuromuscular care, through in-person and telehealth platforms.
Develop personalized treatment plans, monitor patient outcomes using advanced software, and document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
Deliver telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans, including Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and virtual care services.
Serve as a liaison between patients, in-clinic providers, and the Digital Health team to optimize remote service delivery and growth.
Support program development, marketing efforts, and maintain regional performance metrics through regular reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program and Florida state licensure (or in process).
Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; digital health experience preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with a dedication to high-quality patient care.
Strong communication, documentation, and patient engagement skills.
