Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services under medical supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering general and regional anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and other procedures across all age groups.
- Managing airway, fluid balance, homeostasis, monitoring, emergency response, and ventilator care.
- Evaluating patients pre-operatively and selecting appropriate anesthesia plans.
- Monitoring intraoperative and postoperative patient conditions, ensuring stability.
- Preparing and administering anesthesia drugs, checking equipment, and maintaining supplies.
- Communicating with surgical teams and documenting care accurately.
- Teaching student nurse anesthetists and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications include:
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- California RN and CRNA licensure, along with ACLS, BLS, and National Certification.
- Experience with complex anesthesia procedures for diverse patient populations.
- Strong technical, clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
