Role: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities:

Implement personalized treatment plans to enhance residents’ functional independence, ADLs, and safety

Provide therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs

Document residents’ progress accurately

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care

Educate residents and their families about therapy and safety

Qualifications & Skills:

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant credential

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment
