Role Summary: Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.
Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, collaborates with healthcare team, delegates tasks, monitors care quality, and evaluates patient outcomes. Ensures safety, compliance, and documentation standards are met, incorporates cost containment strategies, and facilitates discharge planning.
Qualifications: Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), a current RN license, and at least one year of RN experience or eligible for residency completion or LPN experience.
Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills; knowledge of safety protocols, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.
Additional Info: Night shift, non-management role, with responsibilities including patient advocacy, education, and professional accountability.
