We are seeking a skilled MRI technologist to independently operate MRI equipment, produce high-quality images, and ensure patient safety and care across all ages. Responsibilities include screening patients for magnet safety, proper patient positioning, selecting appropriate coils, and adhering to scanning protocols to deliver timely imaging for radiologists. The role involves preparing the scan room, administering contrast within scope, implementing emergency procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation. The technologist provides clinical instruction, manages departmental workflow, and performs quality control tasks to meet standards. Qualifications include ARRT or ARMRIT certification, BLS certification, and proficiency in computer and data entry skills. This non-management position reports to a supervisor and requires a radiologic technology background, with or without experience.
