Role: Full-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist providing in-home therapy services to children and young adults in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with family goals.
- Deliver direct physical therapy in the child’s natural environment.
- Support mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and gross motor development.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Recommend and train families on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations and progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license.
- Pediatric and home health experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with children and families.
