Role: Assistant Nurse Manager in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), overseeing patient care, staff management, equipment maintenance, and operational goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Ensuring departmental productivity, adherence to budgets, and responding to operational changes.
- Providing patient care based on assessment, diagnosis, and individualized care plans.
- Coordinating staffing, making nursing assignments, and overseeing payroll and staff communications.
- Conducting performance reviews, recommending improvements, and ensuring safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- 2-5 years of clinical experience, with preferred experience of 5-10 years.
- RN license required.
- Supervisory experience is optional, with some preferred experience in team management.
Skills and Key Duties:
