Role: Provides objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with departmental policies and referral protocols.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, current or provisional licensure in applicable state, and certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association within one year of hire. BLS certification is required, and all certifications must be current before independent patient care.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, respond to emergency situations, and deliver speech therapy services to patients of all ages, with a preference for those with at least one year of experience.
Skills: Ability to perform objective evaluations, develop individualized care, and respond effectively to emergencies. Prior experience with diverse age groups is preferred.
